Support to the commercial manager in the different tasks that follow.
Task description
- Contracting, marketing and maintenance of room sales, catering, rooms via TTOO/*OTA'S// MICE
- Implementation and control of the channel manager vis-à-vis intermediaries
- Hiring and organisation of groups with or without accommodation and venues
- Promotion, contracting and organisation of weddings and banquets
- Hiring and organisation of group meals for groups of 15 persons or more.
- Marketing of golf groups
- Development of the marketing plan and commercial actions
- Monitoring of the hotel's commercial and general budget
- Tracking and managing customer feedback online
- Maintenance of the content of the hotel's website as well as social media.
- Management of actions with the Tourist Board
- Trade fairs, workshops and fam trips
- Marketing, contracting and organisation of sports events (football)
- Expand recruitment and marketing of sports groups
- Marketing undertaken of the area for meetings, meals and guest stays
- Creation and maintenance of databases of intermediary companies.
- Travel 2 or 3 times a year (for 2 or 3 days) is necessary to attend trade fairs, trade events
Requirements
- Degree in Tourism, degree in business administration and management or degree in economics
- 1 or 2 years as a sales representative
Important observations
- A high level of English and French (spoken and written) is required.
- Specific training in commercial marketing, Rednew, hotel - travel agency recruitment, groups, prices, etc. will be an asset.
