Football Training Camps
In our training centre, we have a football pitch with official measurements (105 x 70 metres) fully adaptable to the preferences of each team. The pitch is made of natural grass and has an advanced irrigation and drainage system, supervised by our own greenkeepers, who always keep it in excellent condition.
In addition, we also have a natural jogging circuit and a space for the more physical parts of the training or for the more specific sessions for the goalkeepers.
And all of this is located in a separate area so that the teams can carry out their sessions in complete peace and quiet, and just 150 metres from the hotel where the coaches and players stay.

Rugby Training Camps
Our natural grass pitch is fully adaptable to the dimensions required for professional rugby. We keep our natural grass in perfect condition thanks to an advanced irrigation and drainage system, and the continuous supervision of our greenkeepers.
In addition, on the pitch itself, located just 150 metres from the hotel where the staff and players stay, we have space for warming up or the more physical parts of the training sessions.
TorreMirona Sport Center is an environment designed to optimise the performance of your team as it also has a private gym for the teams, a spa with daily access and a private leisure and relaxation area.
Cycling on the costa brava
The Costa Brava and Girona have become the ideal destination for cycling of all types and levels. Mountain, coastal and inland roads, with hardly any traffic, make this area one of the most pleasant for cycling. From TorreMirona we offer you several road routes starting directly from the hotel of different levels.
TorreMirona Sport Center offers all the facilities for cycling teams, adapting to the demands and preferences of each team: 24-hour surveillance of the material, customised menus, private restaurant, laundry, meeting room, parking with space for a truck with water and electricity so that they can carry out their training camp in the best possible conditions.
